Yes, but you can control the display of names on your own client.

Default movement is "free", meaning it uses the keyboard and mouse, and you can customize which keys/buttons do what. Any elements of click-to-move are in addition to the free movement, not instead of it. For example, your avatar will auto-face the target on ability use, not on targeting.

Yes, you can auto-follow a friendly player-character (a member of the same Realm as you) by selecting them and typing /follow.
