What is an Account Entitlement?
An Account Entitlement refers to a Warhammer Item Bundle, Content Pack, or Character Transfer that can be purchased at Origin, the EA Store. Click here for the Item Bundle, Character Transfers or Content Packs. It’s called an Account Entitlement as the codes purchased will apply to a specific game account and entitle to you receive items, access content, or transfer a character on said account.
How do I purchase an account entitlement?
To purchase any of the account entitlements, simply visit the Warhammer Pages mentioned above at Origin and select the package you wish to purchase. After purchase, you’ll be provided with a code which can be entered at the Mythic Account Center by visiting https://accounts.eamythic.com. Redemption Instructions can be found at Origin as well as in this FAQ. Please note that Character Transfers are not available for players on Russian Servers.
I've purchased an account entitlement but haven't received a code from Origin yet. Who should I contact for assistance?
After confirming payment, if you still haven't received a code for a purchase through Origin, please visit https://helporigin.secure.force.com for further assistance.
I've received my code from Origin and I'm receiving an error message when attempting to enter it in the Mythic Account Center. Who should I contact for assistance?
If you've received the code and it is not working on the Mythic Account Center, you should contact email@example.com or call 650-628-1001 from 10am-10pm EST.
How do I claim my purchased server transfer?
Once you've acquired your server transfer code from Origin, simply login to the Mythic Account Management Center https://accounts.eamythic.com and choose 'activate key' to enter your code. Once you have entered your code in the Mythic Account Center you may then choose 'character transfer' to initiate the transfer for the character of your choosing. The process will ask you to choose the account and character you wish to transfer and the destination. Please be aware that all normal server transfer rules and restrictions apply.
What does the purchase of a server transfer entitle me to?
The purchase of a server transfer entitles you to a one time transfer of a single character from your current server to an eligible destination server of your choosing.
What servers can I transfer from and which servers can I transfer to?

Can I transfer an order character to a server where I have destruction characters? Or vica versa?
You cannot transfer to a server where you have a character of the opposite Realm, unless that server allows for both realms on it. Please note the French and German language servers. It is highly suggested that you only transfer to these servers if you wish to play WAR in those languages.
Can I transfer from a North American server to a European server or from a EU server to a NA server?
Absolutely! Players may transfer to any server that is currently open to transfers. See the list above to determine eligible servers and destinations.
Can I transfer from a North American or European server to a Russian server or from a Russian server to a NA or EU server?
No, character transfers are not allowed to or from Russian servers.
Why are some servers not available to transfer to or from?
A server may not be eligible for a number of reasons including population density, age, or an impending character migration to/from the server. These factors and others are constantly being monitored and eligibility may change without notice. We reserve the right to disable paid character transfers to or from any server at our discretion.
What will transfer/copy with your character?
Experience, Rank, Influence, Quests, Tome Unlocks, and everything your character has done will be saved. Armor, weapons, inventory, and everything in your character's bags and bank vault will be saved. Your character's Name will be saved unless it is currently taken on the destination server. You will be notified during the transfer process if your character's name is taken, and if so you will be given the option to reserve a new name on the destination server.
What will NOT transfer/copy with your character?
All of your character's mail messages, mail items, auction house bids, and auctions will be deleted. Please move any items you wish to keep out of the mailbox and auction house and into your character's bags or bank vault. Your character will be removed from its current guild. Your character's friend and ignore lists will not be saved.
How do I check my status or history of a transfer?
You can see the status of your transfers by logging into the Account Management Center and choosing the Character Transfer option. From there you can click on the link to view the status.
If I don't like the new server or change my mind, can I transfer back?
Transfers are not refundable or reversible. It is advisable to be sure about your transfer and destination before you initiate the transfer. If the new server doesn't work out, characters are still eligible to use another character transfer to move to another server, pursuant to the eligibility restrictions noted in this FAQ.
How frequently can I transfer a character?
As often as you like!
How do I claim in game items purchased in a Warhammer Item Bundle?
All items purchased through a Warhammer Item Bundle will be automatically mailed to you through the in game mail system! These in game mails will be sent to a character the first time you login that character after purchase. Please remember that the in game mail containing your purchased items will expire 30 days from the time they were sent.
I’ve successfully entered my item bundle code but haven’t received my items through the in game mail system. Who should I contact for assistance?
If you’ve successfully redeemed your item code for a Warhammer Item Bundle, it may take a couple hours to process the code. As well, you may want to log out completely and login the character again to verify that it has checked for your account entitlement. If you still haven’t received your items in game, please file an in game appeal under “Paid Item Issues”.
How many characters receive items purchased through the Warhammer Item Bundles?
All current and new characters on your account will receive items purchased through the Warhammer Bundle.
Can I trade items received via a Warhammer Item Bundle with another character/account?
No. Items received via codes are non-transferrable.
What item bundles can be used by a Trial account?
The following Item Bundles can be used by a Trial Account: Starter Mount, Snotling Herald Pet, and the Trophies of the World. These give all characters on the trial account access to the in-game mail for the items above. Vendors for these items are in the Chapter 1 area. These entitlements will remain in effect when the account is upgraded to a subscription.
How many Warhammer Item Bundle's may I purchase for one account?
Only one Warhammer Item Bundle of each kind may be redeemed per game account.
What content packs are available?
There are currently three content packs available via Origin as follows: RvR Progression Pack, RvR Personality Pack, and a combined purchase RvR Full Pack (Personality/Progression) that will allow you to purchase both packs at the same time for a discounted price. See Origin for current pricing.
What comes with the RvR Progression Pack and how do I access the content?
The RvR Progression Pack allows all characters on the account to access additional Renown Ranks (81-100) as well as the ability to progress through the early ranks more quickly (1-80). Along with the increased Renown cap come additional leveling benefits, access to additional armor and weapons, and any content gated for Renown Ranks 81-100. Once the code is redeemed and processed, nothing special needs to be done to access this content as all characters on the account will be flagged for access automatically. Characters below Renown Rank 80 will be given an automatic passive bonus to renown gain. Characters at Renown Rank 80 will be able to gain additional renown and achieve levels 81-100.
What comes with the RvR Personality Pack and how do I access the content?
The RvR Personality Pack will provide a number items that will be delivered via in-game mail similar to the item bundles mentioned earlier in the FAQ (see Item bundle section for additional details on item delivery). These items delivered by in game mail include: Barber Surgeon Tokens (x4); Vanity Pet Containers (x4); and a special Mount Container. Along with the in-game mail items that will be delivered, the account will be flagged so that all characters on the account will be able to access additional dyes on any NPC in game that is a dyemaster.
What comes with the RvR Full Pack (Personality/Progression) and how do I access the content?
This pack provides all the benefits of the RvR Personality and RvR Progression Packs. See the individual packs for further details and method of access.
What are ‘Container’ items?
Container items are a way to deliver a choice in content without players needing to exchange a currency with an in-game vendor. The vanity pets and mount for the content packs use this new technology. Using the container item will present the character with a choice of items (typically different colors of the same item) that they may choose. Once chosen, the container will disappear and the chosen item will appear in the character’s inventory. Please note that once an item has been chosen, they cannot be exchanged. Pets and Mounts typically have display versions in game to help players make an informed decision.
Can I trade items received via a Warhammer Content Pack with another character/account?
No. Items received via codes are non-transferable.
If I purchase the RvR Personality Pack now, can I get the RvR Progression Pack later for a reduced price, or vice versa?
No. To receive a discounted price on the two packs, they must be purchased together as the RvR Full (Personality/Progression) Pack.
What content packs can be used by a Trial account?
Currently none of the content packs are designed for a Trial account. The RvR Personality pack does contain some items that a Trial user can use (vanity pets, barber surgeon tokens, and dye access) but not all items will be usable by a Trial account.
How many Content Packs can I purchase for one account?
Only one Warhammer Content Pack of each kind may be redeemed per game account. Purchasing and redeeming the RvR Full Pack negates the need and ability to apply the individual RvR Personality and Progression Packs.
